AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, I ADDED “PAPÁ” TO THE MANY HATS AND TITLES I WEAR. FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE PRIORITIZED MY FAMILY. NOW, AS THE KIDS ARE SCHOOL-AGED AND NEED ME LESS, I AM EXCITED TO MOVE BACK INTO FULL-TIME WORK HOURS. MY SCHEDULE WILL STILL BE LARGELY DEPENDENT ON MY FAMILY’S SCHEDULE. MY CURRENT HOURLY ON-SITE WORK RATE RANGE IS $45-$50/HOUR.
I WILL PROVIDE AN IN-PERSON PROJECT CONSULTATION WITH WORK ESTIMATE BILLED AT $35.

FIRST & THIRD SATURDAYS. 9AM-1PM

Home Maintenance Plans and Packages:

We offer maintenance packages that help you save money and keep your home looking beautiful and functioning the way it was intended. With a service agreement, one of our trained technicians comes to your home on a scheduled date to inspect and or mitigate any issues that arise during the inspection appointment. Once a member we offer an hourly discounted rate for any work or issue that is not included within the service agreement saving you money on costly repairs.
